Sold 50% of Mall´s Resort
More than 50% of the buildings of the Champotón ´s resort “Campeche Playa, Golf Marina and Spa resort” from Grupo Mall have been sold, and owners are expected to arrive at the entity in the next summer vacation.
Grupo Mall´s CEO for America, Víctor González del Valle, reported that in the first half of the year there are positive achievements; many Mexicans have bought apartments as well as Europeans.
He said that shortly three apartments in the beach area and two at the Marina will be delivered, and this semester some 30 apartments that are already in promotion, primarily in Europe who are most interested in these property types, are expected to be sold.
I think Campeche is a fertile ground for investment, but it takes hard work to carry out the projects and consolidate them, which would serve to expand the tourism sector.
